MUSCAT – Bank Muscat, the leading financial institution in the Sultanate of Oman, organized a seminar for entrepreneurs titled “Your Company on Autopilot” presented by Ahmed Nadom, an entrepreneurial consultant. The seminar was attended by a number of Bank Muscat officials and Najahi Business Banking customers in Muscat.
During his opening speech, Saleh Mohammed Al Maaini, Deputy General Manager - Capital Regions, Bank Muscat, said: “Business landscape in Oman is offering various opportunities to support the work of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and encourage them to implement new initiatives and ideas to contribute in enhancing the sector. During the event, Ahmed Ndoom, an entrepreneurial consultant, delivered a workshop titled “Your Company on Autopilot”. It focused on how business owners can increase their employees’ productivity and focus on expanding their business. To ensure business continuity, 3 fundamental points need to be implemented, namely a clear business structure, clear tasks and written processes, and a weekly meeting to discuss topics and plans. The speaker emphasised on the importance of enhancing problem solving skills in managers as it is an essential leadership characteristic.
