Eid holidays: Oman’s largest zoo, Safari World roars to life

Muscat: Safari World opened its doors for the public today and saw huge numbers of visitors on the first day of the park's opening.

In this association the Safari World administration announced special offer for zoo visitors in the Wilayat of Ibra, North Al Sharqiyah.

They said: “We extend our warmest wishes to our dear customers on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. We are pleased to announce a reduction in ticket prices during the Eid holidays. Get your ticket now at a special price of 3 OMR for all categories, and free for children under 4 years of age. Visit us and enjoy fun-filled and joyful times with your family during the blessed Eid al-Fitr.”

The park is open from 8 am to 7 pm. It includes over 300 types of animals from Europe, Australia, Africa, Russia, the continent of Asia, and of course animals from the Arab regions and Oman.

In Muscat Governorate, Eid celebration activities is continuing in Al Qurum Natural Park.

The municipality said: “Muscat Municipality seeks to add fun and enjoyment in these happy days. This is an invitation to celebrate the joy of Eid in the Qurum Natural Park, starting today, Wednesday, April 10, until Saturday, April 20.”
