24 trainers graduate leadership training program from Royal Academy of Management

Muscat: The Royal Academy of Management celebrated on Thursday the graduation of 24 trainers from the “Certified Trainer in Leadership Training” program. The program aimed to hone the participants' skills and raise their training efficiency to the level of international professionalism at the hands of the most skilled specialists and experts in this field.

The program is part of the National Program for Leadership Development and Future Foresight implemented by the Royal Academy of Management in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance (Partnership for Development Programme) and under the supervision of the Eller Center for Executive Education Programs at the University of Arizona.

His Excellency Mahmoud bin Abdullah Al-Awaini, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Finance, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Partnership for Development Program, and sponsor of the occasion, said: "The implementation of the integrated program with the University of Arizona came in order to improve the functional and institutional performance system by building a community of trainers capable of transferring knowledge, skills and experience—administrative and leadership of national cadres."

The program included trainers from various government units and the private sector and lasted for two years. It also comprised a knowledge journey that included many discussion panels and educational units. It is noteworthy that the Royal Academy of Management is implementing during the current year 2024 many programs and initiatives targeting various leadership segments in public and private sector institutions, including two programs in the coming period: the / Future Readiness for Future Leaders programme, which aims to discover talents and strengthen the community of future leaders, and the National CEO Programme, which aims to prepare world-class Omani CEOs.
